Eligibility Criteria (Atal Vihar and Govind Vihar ) JDA Jaipur New Residential Scheme 2025
- Should be citizen of India and having permanent address at least having 10years of residential proof
- Maximum annual must not exceed list area as follows.
- Economically Weaker Section: Annual income up to 3,00,000 rupees
- Low-Income Group: Annual income between 3,00,001 to 6,00,000 rupees
- Middle-Income Group-B: Annual income between 12,00,001 to 18,00,000 rupees
- High-Income Group: Annual income between 18,00,001 to 20,00,000 rupees
- The applicant must be above the age of 18 years.
- The selected citizens or their spouses must not own a residential plot or house in Jaipur city
